Scott W. Taylor is an associate with the firm. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Taylor earned his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Business) from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in 1992.

Mr. Taylor is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and served as the Vice-Chair (2006-2007) and Chair (2005-2006) of the Business Law and Corporate Counsel Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.

His practice areas include corporate and business law, real estate, and tax-exempt organizations.
